Modules

The Modules page is located at Projects > Telephony Activity > Modules.

On the Modules page, you can see helpful statistics for each individual module in the currently selected view, as well as aggregated statistics for all the modules.

Only active and paused modules will be displayed on this page. When a module is stopped, it will be hidden from the view until it is reactivated. Similarly, when an entire project is stopped, all the modules it contains will also be stopped and will be hidden from the view until they are reactivated.

Viewing aggregated statistics

The statistics bar aggregates the statistics from all the modules in the currently selected view.

Viewing individual statistics

Card display

In card display, each module in the currently selected view appears as its own card. The project name and module name are shown along the top, and the remaining statistics are displayed underneath.

The icon in the top right corner of each card opens a menu that provides access to the Details page for that individual module. This will also create a new temporary view in the sidebar with an italicized name, which will disappear as soon as you navigate away from the Details page. To permanently add the view:

  1. Click (Edit) in the sidebar.
  2. Click (Add) beside the name of the view.

Statistic Definition
Type The module type.
Drop Rate1 The percentage of calls that have been dropped.
Buffer2

The number of cases that have been picked by the Number Server and that remain in the queue to be called. Hovering over this field will display additional details:

  • Number Server: The sequential ID of the Number Server.
  • Size: The size of the buffer (small, medium, or large) is calculated by applying a multiplier to the number of interviewers logged in to the module. The buffer size determines the number of cases that the Number Server is expected to pull when the number of cases in the buffer falls below the threshold.
  • Threshold: When the number of cases in the buffer reaches this percentage of the maximum buffer size, the Number Server will pick more numbers to add to the queue.
Lines The number of lines currently being used for the module. The red line marks the highest number of lines that have been simultaneously in use during the current session.

Agents

The number of agents currently logged in to the module. The red line marks the highest number of agents that have been simultaneously logged in to the module during the current session.
